  • Air-Conditioning: Relax with comfort, our Mitsubishi heat & air unit is efficient and quiet.

    A flat screen TV, remotely controlled raises from cabinet for viewing, or retracts when not needed.  When TV is not in use the cabinet’s side panel can be raised for extra eating or working space. 

    Broadband Wireless Internet, Cable T.V. & Netflix are included.

    Bed is made up and ready for you with an extra blanket in the closet if needed. Four pillows.

    Washing Machine & Dryer available and are accessible from patio.  Detergent supplied.

    Outdoor gas grill.

    A fully equipped custom kitchen with Stone counter tops, under cabinet lighting, self-closing cupboards and drawers stocked with dinnerware, cooking utensils, baking trays, and pots & pans.  Keurig coffee maker with a few individual starter samplers and K-cups provided for your convenience to brew your own favorite ground coffee.  There is a 7 cu ft. refrigerator, oven and microwave.

    Elegantly designed modern bathroom with a walk-in shower with adjustable head.  Heated floor.  Fresh linens, hair dryer and toiletries are provided for use during your stay.

    Panoramic outdoor covered patio that runs the entire width of the suite.  Elegant outdoor seating for 4.  Beach towels and two cozy wraps located in Living Room bottom drawers

  • Water's Edge is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure. The Seabeck Community Center is within walking distance, offering pickleball courts for active guests. Nature enthusiasts can arrange kayak deliveries from a local vendor (reservations recommended before arrival) to explore the bay's pristine waters.

  • The beautiful Kitsap Peninsula is uniquely located across the water from Seattle and the greater Puget Sound area, offering amazing sights, stunning waterfront settings, and year-round activities. Enjoy the dynamic art, culture, and shopping scene of the city just a stone's throw away by hopping aboard one of four famous Washington State Ferries or riding across the impressive Tacoma Narrows Bridge.


    Just a 90-minute drive from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac), the peninsula offers many wonderful places to discover. "LOVELY STAY!!"

“We stayed at the Water's Edge for two nights and it was perfect for our needs. The view is fantastic, the kitchen has everything you need (or just head to Seabeck Pizza! Yum!), and there are many areas to explore nearby. We were able to check out a local festival, "Crosby Days", while we were there and had lots of fun watching the lawnmower races, ax throwing contest, and chicken bingo! We also went on a few great hikes in the area and enjoyed Scenic Beach State Park down the road. I loved returning to the apartment to watch movies we rented from the general store in the evenings (Note: DVDs do work in the Blue Ray player). I loved having the General Store right next door. We used a fan to block out any noise from the road nearby and slept so well! Would highly recommend!”
